Hanging baskets are a trend that I'm seeing a lot. Proof that home styles come back around just like anything else. I found these "vintage" baskets on Mercari. They are perfect for layering.
In the previous slides you see them above my kitchen window. But this is where I originally had them. In my living room. By the way the shiplap is drawn on with a sharpie paint pen.
They also made their way above my bed at one point. I love finding new ways and places to style things in my home. Using items I already have saves money and gives my space a fresh look.
And here they are again styled differently in my living room. Above my board and batten wall. These baskets are so versatile. And a great way to fill empty wall space.
They also look beautiful with just a few styled on my old window. Proving how easy they really are to layer and add texture. On the next slide I'll share a useful tip I use to hang the baskets.
A few baskets even made their way into my little closet office. To hang these I used clear thumb tacks on some and tacky putty on others. This stuff is amazing. I linked it
