Hallway Styling Tips
Are there areas in your home that you struggle to decorate? For me it's our hallway. This space sits just off of our living room. It's small so I didn't want it to look cluttered.
I wanted to refresh this space and give it a little update. On a budget, of course. I swapped out the hanging metal cage light I had here and replaced it with this DIY basket light.
I also turned my existing closet door into a barn door and made new air vent covers. Both were fairly easy and inexpensive projects. The numbers above the doors is also a fun way to add character.
Hanging wall baskets are a fun way to add texture and color to a wall. Especially in a hallway where you don't have room for shelves or other large items.
An accent wall is also an easy way to make your hallway look more polished. I added wainscoting with a piece of 1 x 2 at the top. I love how this space came together while staying budget friendly.
