I love Christmas. And I love changing up my theme every year. And as I'm sure you know, that can get expensive. But it doesn't have to be.
My theme this year is Inspired by Nature. So I used some Fall florals and acorns I already had on hand and added them to clear plastic ornaments.
I tied velvet ribbon around the tops of the ornaments. The ribbon is from Amazon. The cute little acorns are from Crate & Barrel.
I bought these dried stems at Michael's for my Fall decor and then repurposed them for my Christmas decor. I used them in my ornaments and place some in my tree.
These are stems I've actually had for a couple of years. They fit in so nicely with my Christmas theme this year. I also added these to my tree as well as a few sprigs in the ornaments.
Making your own ornaments and/or repurposing decor is an easy way to change up your Christmas decor year to year.
