One of my favorite parts about decorating for Christmas is thinking up ideas for my theme. I try to reuse decor from previous years while only adding a few new pieces.
This year the theme is...Inspired By Nature. Twigs are a great way to bring in the natural element. And free if you find them in your yard. And what's better than free?
Pampas grass is also a beautiful natural element. It tucks easily into your tree while also adding texture. Beware though if you have cats, they love this feathery temptation. LOL.
I love adding snowflakes to my Christmas decor. These wood ones are absolutely beautiful. I'll be using them in my tree and on packages.
I bought these clear ornaments a couple of years ago. This year I'll be filling them with dried flowers for my nature inspired Christmas tree.
I bought these on Amazon this year and I have a really cute and fun DIY I'll be doing with them. They can also be used year round as small terrariums or tealight holders.
How cute are these tiny wooden mushrooms? I am going to stain and paint them and add them to the terrariums with a bit of moss. I think they'll make adorable ornaments.
I linked all of these items for you in my Amazon storefront. Also, make sure you follow me on social media to see the completed tree.
