Can you believe that Fall is practically here? It’s so crazy. But honestly, I am absolutely loving the cooler temps and seeing the leaves start to change. Fall is by far my favorite season. And one of my favorite seasons to decorate for. There are so many fun ways to style shelves, hutches, countertops and tables in your kitchen using fun Fall decor. I recently did a little styling in my kitchen using some of my favorite collections. First up…Turkish towels from https://dreamweavertextiles.com/ I love Turkish towels. Not only are they incredibly absorbent and soft, they are also a super cute kitchen accessory. Let’s face it, we all have hand towels in our kitchen that have seen better days. I know I do. And that is why I love these towels so much. They are functional but also look so cute hanging on the dishwasher or draped over the sink. And I actually have quite the growing collection mostly from DreamWeaver Textiles and Barooga Home.

And how about my cake stand collection? I am slightly obsessed with cake stands. And eventually I would love to have a whole shelf full of them. I actually just ordered a new one that is solid wood from Target and I’m so excited to add it to my collection. The wood and marble one is from TJ Maxx. And was actually a gift from my son and his girlfriend for Mother’s Day. It’s by far my favorite one. The others are from various places like Target, Hobby Lobby and Vagabond House. Another thing I love to collect is white dishes and rolling pins.

One of my favorite places to find white dishes is at thrift stores. I only use them as displays so I’m not usually worried about small imperfections. And they are always so cheap. You can practically fill an entire hutch with dishes for under $50! I do, however, have quite a few dishes from Target and also from Bico Ceramics. My rolling pin collection is a mixture of true vintage pieces and antique replicas. But they are all beautiful and play a big role in my woods and whites decor. Plus they are just super fun to decorate with.

The one on the counter is from Antique Farmhouse and made to look vintage. The two hanging are vintage pieces that I picked up on Mercari (a really great place to shop for one of a kind new and used items.) And if you’re wondering how I hung the rolling pins head over to my Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/simplyminedesigns/ and see my saved highlights titled “Rolling Pins.” I always get asked about how I hung them. Also the pie plate and pumpkin trivet are part of the Decor Steals Fall Steal It Box. As always, thank you so much for stopping by today! I hope you leave inspired. Hugs.
